Delivery Time: You can expect delivery within approximately 3 to 5 working days. Order handling takes 0-1 days, and transit time is 3-5 days.

Refund Policy

Returns for Refund

You can return your purchase for a refund for any reason, provided that: Return Period: The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Fees: No restocking fee is applied.
Return Shipping Costs: You will need to cover the return delivery costs, which are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
Note: Bespoke items and made-to-order items are not covered by this returns policy.

Faulty Items

Please check your order to ensure it is correct, complete, and undamaged as soon as you receive it. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason:
Contact Us: Contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after delivery.
Supporting Information: Email us any supporting information, such as photographs.
Replacement: Upon receiving the item back, we will verify the fault and send a replacement item.
Note: Any product faults reported after 14 days of delivery will be considered under our Returns Under Warranty policy.

Image Assessment: We will request that an image of the fault is sent to us first for assessment, as this is the quickest and most efficient way for us to resolve any customer issues.
If you are not satisfied with any goods purchased or have changed your mind about the purchase:
Notify Us: Inform us in writing (fax or email is also acceptable) within 14 days of receiving the goods to arrange for their return. Condition for Return: Any goods you wish to return must be unused and in their original packaging.
