xBungee Ball offer a popular solution for securing tarpaulins, providing both stability and flexibility. Simply thread the elastic loop through an eyelet, ensuring the ball fits snugly against it, then use the loop to fasten to a fixed point.
Now available in miniature sizes with 10 cm loops, which can stretch to approximately 20 cm when fully extended.
Important: Exercise caution when stretching or releasing the cord. Keep eyes, face, and any exposed body parts, including children, away from the rebound path. It's advisable to wear protective eye wear when installing elasticated products, as uncontrolled release may cause injury. These bungees are not suitable for personal restraint, lifting, or towing purposes. Regularly inspect the cord for wear or damage, especially when stretched beyond 25% of its unstretched length.

Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 2 pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. The cutoff time for same-day dispatch is 1 pm. Orders placed after this time or during the weekend will require an additional working day for dispatch.
Delivery Time: You can expect delivery within approximately 3 to 5 working days. Order handling takes 0-1 days, and transit time is 3-5 days.
Shipping/Delivery Options: We offer free shipping on all orders. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
Delayed Delivery: If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

Refund Policy
Returns for Refund
You can return your purchase for a refund for any reason, provided that:
Return Period: The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Fees: No restocking fee is applied.
Return Shipping Costs: You will need to cover the return delivery costs, which are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
Note: Bespoke items and made-to-order items are not covered by this returns policy.
Faulty Items
Please check your order to ensure it is correct, complete, and undamaged as soon as you receive it. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason:
Contact Us: Contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after delivery.
Supporting Information: Email us any supporting information, such as photographs.
Replacement: Upon receiving the item back, we will verify the fault and send a replacement item.
Note: Any product faults reported after 14 days of delivery will be considered under our Returns Under Warranty policy.
