xWith health and safety laws becoming more and more stringent, our 200gsm Flame Retardant Tarpaulins are especially suited to the building and construction trade where materials need to comply with regulations. Certified to Californian Standard CPAI 84 Section 6, these covers are also useful for recreational and domestic use, and are a great upgrade to your market stall tarpaulin. Each tarpaulin is supplied with a flame retardancy certificate stitched onto the cover, and has aluminium eyelets at 50cm intervals.
Our FR tarpaulins are produced to finished size. While there can be a slight manufacturing tolerance, we would not expect this to exceed 5cm.

Please review our shipping policy carefully when purchasing our products. This policy applies to all orders you place with us.
Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 2 pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. The cutoff time for same-day dispatch is 1 pm. Orders placed after this time or during the weekend will require an additional working day for dispatch.
Delivery Time: You can expect delivery within approximately 3 to 5 working days. Order handling takes 0-1 days, and transit time is 3-5 days.
Shipping/Delivery Options: We offer free shipping on all orders. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
Delayed Delivery: If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

Refund Policy
Returns for Refund
You can return your purchase for a refund for any reason, provided that:
Return Period: The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Fees: No restocking fee is applied.
Return Shipping Costs: You will need to cover the return delivery costs, which are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
Note: Bespoke items and made-to-order items are not covered by this returns policy.
Faulty Items
Please check your order to ensure it is correct, complete, and undamaged as soon as you receive it. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason:
Contact Us: Contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after delivery.
Supporting Information: Email us any supporting information, such as photographs.
Replacement: Upon receiving the item back, we will verify the fault and send a replacement item.
Note: Any product faults reported after 14 days of delivery will be considered under our Returns Under Warranty policy.
Returns & Exchanges
All our products are guaranteed to be free from any defects at the time of purchase. If an item is found to be faulty upon receipt:
Refund or Replace: We will refund or replace the product at no charge.
Image Assessment: We will request that an image of the fault is sent to us first for assessment, as this is the quickest and most efficient way for us to resolve any customer issues.
If you are not satisfied with any goods purchased or have changed your mind about the purchase:
Notify Us: Inform us in writing (fax or email is also acceptable) within 14 days of receiving the goods to arrange for their return.
Condition for Return: Any goods you wish to return must be unused and in their original packaging.
